1. If the enemy is outside of your basic attack range, you can rocket jump to get on them, and rocket jump also provides the stack for the explosive charge. Once explosive charge explodes, or you get a kill on an enemy, you can again use your rocket jump to escape. 
2. If you are getting pushed during the lanning phase and if you have an ally who is ready for ganking, then use your rocket jump to get behind the enemy and use Bluster shot (ultimate) to knock the enemy inside your turret. 
3. You can Bluster Shot to push enemy jungler away from the dragon or baron so they cannot use smite.
